Visit our Online Flea Market!

January 10, 2014

Welcome to a warmer Before & After Friday.  Today we're going to view
a potpourri of projects and all are packed with tons of inspiration.

First off, this little stool is what fleaChic is all about - taking something
old and distressed and turning it into something charming and useful:
Villabarnes

Vintage furniture from the 60's and 70's
are great for experimenting with color:
Isn't this green amazing?  The white hardware really pops.

This thrift store dresser was given a makeover
that included the appropriate hardware:
Before and After- french provincial, shabby chic, cottage, Anew Nature

Don't be so quick to toss out old wicker and rattan:

dated bedside table is now a sophisticated
and sleek bedside table:
Our Window Seat

This desk was given a beautiful update
that charmingly extended its usefulness:

A Mid-Century Modern desk underwent a contemporary treatment:
Itch for Kitsch

I'm not sure what style this exotic chair represents
but it's certainly a conversation starter:
Before                                     After
J.C. Wood

Isn't this an amazing change?

Beautiful!

I truly like the 'before' fabric but the 'after' is charming, too:

I hope these photos will inspire you to take on a
renovation of your own.  Have a great weekend!
